Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Once products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee that they have not been exposed to possible contamination and therefore cannot be resold.
Please review your order carefully prior to completing your purchase. By placing an order with Luxurious Lux, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photo evidence so we may review the issue.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders require up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for processing. This time allows for order verification, preparation, and careful packaging.
Shipping Time:
Once processing is complete, orders will be shipped within the following week.
Carrier & Delivery:
All orders are shipped exclusively through USPS. Delivery timelines are determined solely by USPS and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather or carrier delays. Luxurious Lux is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to USPS.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Luxurious Lux is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once USPS has marked the order as delivered or is in transit. Customers are encouraged to contact USPS directly using their tracking number for further assistance.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Luxurious Lux is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as processing begins shortly after purchase.
